Half Maroon

Heralding the words of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge in the description of their Blues and Half Blues awards, upon which the Half Maroon is based.  It must be realised that the awarding of Half Maroons is a great accolade to student athletes requiring highly exceptional participation and performance in multiple Club Events and Outside Competition respectively. Therefore the awarding of Half Maroons should be taken seriously among choosing committee members and its select recipients lest the value and recognition of the award be reduced.
